Refund policy

In many instances product returns are not required. In these cases we may request clear photographic evidence of a problem prior to issuing a refund or replacement. In instances where returns are requested by us we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in as-new condition, meaning it is unused and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item should be returned in its original packaging with all original product components included. 

To start a claim or return, you can contact us via our Warranty Support page on our website or at help@ezyshade.us. If your claim is accepted, we will likely issue a refund or a replacement within 2 business days. If we decide a return is required, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as final sale items. These items will be labelled accordingly on relevant product pages. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us via our contact page on our website or at help@ezyshade.us. In instances where we are at fault due to size chart inaccuracies we will exchange your product free of charge without requiring a return, however we may request photographs demonstrating the problem. Size related claims must be made within 90 days of receiving your item.


Refunds
Refunds of non-returned items will in most cases be issued for claims supported by photographic evidence. Refunds of returned items will be made once we’ve received and inspected your return. In these case we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process a refund.
